All packages come with consult sessions - either before we shoot or afterwards - so we can get to know your overall vision - as well as answer / address any questions or concerns you may have.

We want to make accessing visual content as easy and seamless as possible. When you become a Sixth Floor Brand, you automatically receive a customized website login + shop - where you can access ongoing content / assets on a regular basis. Buy only what you need, when you need it.

Yes. We book on a first come, first serve basis. When we book a shoot and reserve time on our calendar, we are automatically turning down other brands and businesses who might be interested in working with us.

We are passionate about supporting creators where it counts. We provide all of our creators with livable wage - and we often pay our creators on retainer in order to reserve their time and energy. Your investment is going straight into the hands of creators who work incredibly hard to serve our community.

When you purchase a shoot / service with Sixth Floor, 50% of your payment will act as a non-refundable deposit. In order to successfully plan your shoot, we need to book and reserve studio spaces, models and other freelance professionals. Many of these professionals also operate with non-refundable deposits.

If you need to cancel your shoot, we will make every attempt to reschedule your shoot at a time when it is more convenient for you / the launch of your products.

If you need to cancel your shoot all together and do not wish to rebook it, we will happily return 50% of your initial payment.
